We have been very lucky to join Restart a Heart Day as it is a wonderful opportunity for everyone—especially children—to learn the importance of saving lives through CPR. This year, we can brought in our teddy bears as “patients”, helping us practice life-saving skills in a fun and engaging way. It’s a valuable lesson that teaches confidence, compassion, and quick thinking in emergencies. Learning CPR early helps build a generation that understands how vital every second is when someone’s heart stops—and how anyone, no matter their age, can make a difference.
